STEP 1
Partner with us
Get to know each other first! It´s done personally to really understand what you´re looking for and if our Partner Program can offer you the value you’re looking for.
After agreeing in a partnership, we will onboard you and a great selection of your property portfolio. Promptly we review at no cost to you and start our work.
STEP 2
Pre-Sale / Sale
We help to facilitate more business for the resale properties in your portfolio. Utilizing technology (algorithmic ranking etc.), international online marketing and a growing network of sales partners/channels.
We’ll contact you for viewing or an offer on the properties you have added to the platform.
STEP 3
Closing
Now is your turn. You will do showings physically or online. We are always with you to support you and the client to make the purchase as comfortable as possible.
EXTRA: We will also contact you if potential buyers are interested in a project / development. You do not have to list it with us yourself. In the event of success, the commission will be split as usual.

Is there a fee for listing?
No, listing on our platform doesn’t require any payment. Our program operates on a pay-at-close model, eliminating upfront costs. Your brokerage only pays commission based on standard co-broke terms once a deal is successfully closed.
What is the commission split arrangement?
At present, we’re sharing it equally, 50/50, contingent on both the partner agent and Fischer & Cie. Private Office fulfilling their respective scopes of work.
What is required to partner with Fischer & Cie. Private Office?
To qualify, you need to have:
- At least 15 direct-to-owner listings
- Valid real estate license for Panama
- Previous transaction history in your area
- A pledge to keep property listings up to date.
How do I list my properties?

Can I list Developments / Projects?
Yes, is possible! The Partner Agent Program emphasizes resale properties directly from owners. Unless you list properties on the secondary market, any unit from the Developer may be a duplicate already listed on the system and we are happy to add you as a qualified agent for this project.
What happens if I want to resign?
Upon written notice, we will remove your properties from our platform within 14 days, no strings attached.
